Why Should We Hire You...Know How To Answer
When an interviewer asks you, " why should I hire you?" he really means, "What makes you the best fit for this position or organization?" or the question may be asked in the other way as, " Why you chose our organization for your career start?" The answer for this questions should be concise " sales pitch" that explain what exactly you have to put in front or offer the employer.
One should remember employers hire employees to solve their problem or get the perfect outcome with or without providing any training and the one who is self starter. Your goal when making your area clear is to show that you are the best candidate to solve the problem.
Many candidates answer this question by expressing their work desire such as " I am impressed by the growth of the company and I would like to be a part of the organization to help to make more growth using my skills and talent". This might be a professional answer but just think again that it is based on the candidate's desire and not on company's.
What is according to the interviewer's point of view
The interviewer is not interested in what you desire or about your interest to work in the organization. All he is looking for the solution on their issues. This is the best way to analyze yourself if really you are eligible for the position or the position is meant for you.
How the answer should be
1) Firstly think what skills, experience and qualification you possess which is important for a particular job.
2) Secondly identify which one you have and best suit in.
3) Based on above two challenges just think how to frame your answer and it can be in the way you express that how you are suitable or how your skills can be utilized for the position.
