Everyone has to follow the process in pre-employment which is sometimes so crucial to deal with. Again is the procedure to sell your talent paper into market. Job hunting is interesting process at the same time the head scratching.

You possess higher qualification, you are fresher or has enough experience to be stable into industry, your resume consists everything relevant which explains what you are and what you want to be, and still you sit ideal waiting for replies.

It all depends on what entire process you follow in job hunting. Realize it, it's not so simple, although is a part of marketing, it is not that easy to look after it as give and take process. Marketing yourself is important but more important to know what could be the correct way. Presenting yourself differs according to the way you choose to submit your applications. The most common and universally famous is online job applications. Just a click and you are straight in the organization. I wish it could so easy as it looks!!

But it's not...Have a look on your applies, how much responses you receive in a week if you apply for 5 jobs a day? Alright, lets assume you done next step...you put query directly on the post, thought of at least sending query on mail address would get the response, but still no reply at all. Despite this you put on applying online as if it is only way of job hunting.

Let's discuss why online job applications  are only waste of time.

It doesn't work. Ask any job seeker for their success rate on the online job applications. They will tell you, they have completed thirty-forty applications for every job interview they receive. But no results comes out. It would be terrible return on your time and energy you invested.

Even if you try to send query or comment in your pain words for seeking job, you will think you can get noticed, but it again doesn't work. It's not only you but there are many viewers who try this once for quick response.

They are time consuming. Some job postings you will found on Government websites or linking each other websites where you need to put long time to reach the exact site link and complete your application. There also not sure whether really you have submitted on the correct link after so many visits.

On postings even if you have the opportunity to attach your resume to online application but questions asked before submitting the application are troublesome, like; describe your role and duties in your current job, what skills you use for particular task etc. there your talent get squeezed before anyone can see your complete application.

It is like a mojo-crushing. When you spot a job which match exactly with your profile and experience or an ideal job post and complete an application, it would be great to receive positive note back someone from company. You will wait for days and weeks or for a month wondering why didn't they like your profile. It much more likely can happen that might be even they haven't seen your profile to begin with.

The system is broken. When you try to apply sometimes you see it takes a long time to start the procedure. It starts with creating account, then personal details, then employment details, role and responsibilities and much more. People doesn't understand what all is about if resume includes everything. Nothing waste then this if you have already planned something great.

Online applications are typically read with specific keywords searching rather than suitable person. That's why you found many offers which matches a single word with your profile. Job seeker can found as many as matching profiles and at the end it is left. But the recruiters still have many profiles which can entertain them till they want to be.

Why to rely on such unrealistic process which never tells you what is better for you. Instead always try to visit websites, get to know about the company. Company disclose everything what they need to convey to the people about the organization, even current openings with them. Try to search for the recruiter direct, or the concern hiring manager who will give you the right way to enter with your resume. This will always be the great options.
