1) How long you have been in the Company? What made you stay here?
this states that you want to know the growth in the career path of the employee, you can understand whether company believes in retaining the employees and will come to know the hierarchy when interviewer will answer you since when he is working and what is his current position.

2) What are the long and short-term goals of the Company?
this will be little later question be asked as interviewer may not show stating that it cannot be disclosed if goals depends on the projects and clients. But you may ask in a way as want to know the view of the company in next 5 years and definitely you will get answer when interviewer will not miss a chance to praise the company.

3) How will you explain the Work Environment and Corporate Culture?
its like a general information you want to know about company's culture, want to know the ratio of working men and women, will also come to know where company stands in proving itself whether the work environment is hectic, people work under pressure or any activities are arranged for refreshment to employees from work load and getting known about corporate culture will come to know the company's ranking in the industry and how much company is socially and professionally active.

4) On what projects now company is engage in?
on this question interviewer will assume that you have interest in working and desperate to start at any time. It may convey like you are ready to share your knowledge, open up with ideas, come up with solutions and want to explore as much as you can. It is a good impression to show that you are updating yourself with more information.

5) How my Performance be measure?
this might be taken as overconfident question but should ask in the way you want to know your suitability for the role, how much you need to prepare for the next round and your willingness to stay tuned positively to meet as if this job is everything for you.

6) What types of Career Opportunities will be open if started with this kind of role?
this will show your interest to start the work from ground level, ready for hard work for the company and most important it understands your stability that you will continue with your services for long time and you are willing to grow as per company's hierarchy.

7) Does any Employee Engagement activities are practice?
this could take positive as interviewer will think earning money is not your only motive but it shows your positive point you can work as team building, like to coordinate and take everyone together to share ideas, make changes and do it all towards company's growth. It also be examined as your strength of being leader to guide others and train new comers.

8) Where do you think the company will be growing in next 5 years?
this again indirectly express your stability and the way to realize the interviewer that you also have some plans in the mind how to develop yourself , need to improve yourself according to the need of the company and show as much as skills for the betterment for your and company's future as well.

9) What are your expectations one should fulfill for this role during first three months?
this is the question where interviewer will come to know you are ready to show your capabilities and can do as much as well you can. This shows you are willing to act and do according to the company's view and requirement actually what they wants every employee to do as per their expectations.

10) What are the biggest opportunities company is looking forward to?
thinking about company's growth can impress interviewer get to know that you are very much positive with company's business and ready to give yourself professionally to build with new ideas and changes which every company want their employees to develop through hard work, stability and sustainability and replying to this will to let you know the vision and further prospects of the company.
